Meditating with Animals: An Introduction to Animal Reiki

Animals are the ideal meditation partners because they know how to just “be” and offer us unconditional presence. In return, our meditations with them can help heal the animal/human relationship and support them through illness or challenging circumstances.

Sep 21, 2024, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Colfax, 1170 Pinecroft Rd, Colfax, CA 95713, USA

About the Event

Are you interested in meditation, but don’t know where to start or how to sustain a practice? Would you like to offer emotional and spiritual support to your animals, especially when they are ill? Animals are the ideal meditation partners because they know how to just “be” and offer us their unconditional presence. In return, our meditations with them can help heal the animal-human relationship and support them through challenging circumstances.

In this class, you will get the opportunity to:

- Explore the natural animal-human bond and understand how our mindset affects this  relationship.

- Learn basic meditation techniques that you can use with any animals to support them and yourself.

- Experience a deep emotional and spiritual bond with animals in a place of peace and  sanctuary.
