Animal agriculture

"The question is not, 'Can they reason?', nor, 'Can they talk?' but 'Can they suffer?'" - Jeremy Bentham

Animals are used for human profit in the United States and are killed at a rate of 19,000 per minute. This staggering rate means that over 26 billion animals are slaughtered each year in the U.S. alone. Most live a life of abuse and suffering from the moment they are born until their lives are violently stolen from them. Each month, new information will be added for each of the industries below! Stay tuned to to learn about the life of each type of animal and ways you can help to spread a new culture of kindness.
